By accessing and using CurioLink, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our application.

4. Subscription Services

CurioLink offers subscription-based premium features:

• Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your App Store account settings
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods
• Subscription prices may change with notice

You agree to:

• Use the app only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Not use the app to store illegal or harmful content
• Maintain the security of your device and account
• Not share your subscription with others

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of CurioLink is also governed by our Privacy Policy. All item data is stored locally on your device. We only collect user ID and subscription status as detailed in our Privacy Policy.

CurioLink and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

CurioLink is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Accuracy of vision recognition results
• Price estimates for items
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Data backup or recovery

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.

CurioLink may integrate with third-party services (such as vision recognition APIs). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of these third-party services.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to CurioLink at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
